This morning the Milwaukee Admirals returned to practice at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena. The team is coming off of a three-in-three weekend sweep and are riding a four-game winning streak heading into tomorrow night’s contest against the San Antonio Rampage. There were some changes along the way at practice -but- the winning look is staying mostly intact.

Trevor Murphy returned to practice this morning. He was wearing a red no contact jersey but did participate in a great amount of action. This is a positive sign after having missed the last five games due to an upper-body injury. It’s most likely that he will remain out again tomorrow night but it could be a positive sign that he could return come the weekend or the upcoming road trip.

The other Trevor, Trevor Mingoia, was also back and going. He had missed the last four games due to a nagging injury that he picked up against the Manitoba Moose back on 2/3/18. He ended up participating today on the Admirals top line in place of an absent Yakov Trenin. I’m not sure as to his status, whether this was a maintenance day or if he could be out due to injury, but keep a watchful eye out for that tomorrow night. The other absentee at today’s practice was Cody Bass who has missed the last seven games due to an upper-body injury.

After practice I was able to catch up with a good amount of players. Today’s conversations were with: Trevor Smith, Petter Granberg, Fred Allard, Pierre-Cédric Labrie, Joonas Lyytinen, and Anthony Richard. Here were all of today’s interviews from the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.
