The Nashville Predators have recalled Frédérick Gaudreau from the Milwaukee Admirals. The Predators return to action tonight at the Bridgestone Arena. Their first game back after their bye week is against the Vegas Golden Knights.
Gaudreau has split his 2017-18 season between the NHL and AHL. To this point he has played 21 games with the Milwaukee Admirals in the AHL and has produced 14 points (4 goals, 10 assists). His efforts with the Predators in the NHL has seen him record 3 points (0 goals, 3 assists) in 18 games.
In his most recent spell with the Admirals he suited up for 7 games and picked up 4 points (2 goals, 2 assists). Gaudreau’s last NHL game came back on 12/30/17. That game was sandwiched between two games with the Admirals on the same weekend. It’s possible that Gaudreau could be quickly reassigned back to the Admirals ahead of their road game tomorrow night against the Grand Rapids Griffins as Adam Vingan of the Tennessean reports that Viktor Arvidsson, who was played on injured reserve today, could be back as early as Thursday.
