Heck, it’s even better than that. Total possible points is 98!!! Although, if you calculate points going forward based upon past games, we would end up with 81 points at the end of the season. Following the hoped-for 2/3 strategy, we’d end up with 86 points.
On a side note Blake Geoffrion is retiring :(
It’s a shame to see his career ended before it had the chance to get off the ground, but considering the circumstances, he made the best decision he could. He’s got a long life ahead of him, and hockey, in some form or fashion, can be a part of it.
