The Roundtable was born in September of 2010, in the wake of the former Admirals Short Shifts blog. With a new cast and new focus, The Roundtable’s goal was to be a place for Admirals fans to rap about their team. While the moderators would lead the discussions, the hope was that the readers and commenters would be the strength of the blog. And the readers made that a reality in our debut season on the net.
The hope is that the Roundtable will continue to be a reliable source for discussion about our favorite local hockey team.
We take this site seriously enough that we care about the content….but not too seriously that we’re full of ourselves. We’re not here to create drama. We’re not here to pick fights with anybody. We’re not here to win Pulitzer Prizes. We’re here because we love the team, and we enjoy writing and discussing them with anonymous names on the Internet.
That’s where we are coming from.
If this is you first time on the site, thank you very much for visiting, and I hope we’ll see your name in the discussions at some point.
If you are a frequent visitor, thank you for your continued support. Here’s hoping the next chapter of Admirals hockey is a good one.
